  Member records with custom fields, plans, per-session passes, discounts and gifts. Active, overdue and expired status is computed, not typed in by hand.

  Invoices, collection and daily cash reconciliation. Each day closes on a verifiable statement rather than a total worked out from memory.

  Classes, schedules and attendance

  Recurring schedules, bookings, wait lists, check-in at the front desk or a shared kiosk, session reports with exercises and media.

  Door counting

  An on-site agent reads a local camera and publishes anonymous door crossings. No identity is computed, and no imagery leaves the device by default.

  Member portal

  Installable app where a member checks their subscription, bookings, invoices and loyalty points without going through the front desk.

  Multi-space

  Multi-tenant by design: each space has its own data, roles and microsite. The vocabulary says "space", never "gym".
